I know this is the wrong forum, I had a green '76 280Z 2+2 with automatic trans and white interior. A tree fell on it. I miss my Z! The white interior was somewhat rare and of every car I have ever driven with an auto trans, It was absolutely the best ever. It always had nice crisp shifts, not too harsh and always exactly when I wanted a shift to occur, at any throttle position. You could tell what it was about to do by the clicking of the old relays in the control box down by the driver's left foot. Bosch fuel injection too. Dang I miss that car. BTW, sorry I can't say too much about your project, the turbo is awesome but I never cared for the green or the mid 80s third gen body style. When the '90 fourth gen came out I was drooling all over myslef but never have bought another one. Had kids instead. Now drive a Suburban, Windstar and Volvo wagon. Had to ditch the Trusty Justy :-( First and fourth gen Z cars are still some of my favorites as far as looks. Have fun with your project. I'm sure it will turn out great.

Hah, that motor is quite the squeeze! Are you gonna' have to pull it out to change the oil? Terry
