Hello everyone. I am in the process of installing power locks on my Justy 87. I would like to know the location for passing the wires from the doors into the body. Apparently there is nothing on the doors to indicate any hole for such process (the car has been unlovingly painted a few times). Could anyone of you send some pictures showing the location for passing the wire looms through the front and rear doors. Secondly how would I drill the hole itself? Looks a bit tough with the front door installed! Thanks

Sorry to say but there aren't any factory holes. i am slowly doing this myself. Very much of a pain with out the holes. I bought a foot long drill bit to make a hole for the wires best i could think of besides taking the door off.

Power locks installed on two doors so far. Wiring through the door into the cabin. Hopefully that helps you out.

Its only on my two doors right now.Yes the drivers door is the master so it unlocks the others when activated.
Its not from another car, it is a kit sold by Princess auto for about $60 Canadian. Cant really beat the price for wireless power door locks. I am content with roll up windows, that is way to much work for the payoff. but trying to tell my friends how to lock the damn door was very frustating. now I just push a button.

I would suggest putting a rubber gromet around that flexible tubing. They are available at any parts store or you could get some on your next trip to the salvage yard. Keeps water out. Silicone or any other silly putty sealant will pull free after a while.

You can pull the rubber covers which are self sealing from just about any car you'll find at a wrecking yard and fit them. Most of them use round holes, just need to get the holes in the right place, and it looks "factory" when done.
