By "Reset the ECVT" I suspect you mean clear the code or codes stored in the ECVT control module to turn off the ECVT Clutch temp light in the dash. If so, you can retrieve and or erase codes in the following way: You can retrieve flash codes by connecting the one wire male to the one wire female "Check" connector coming from the ECVT control module located under the dash to the left of the steering column (This connector is left disconnected during normal operation). Once connected put the trans in N and turn the key to the on position (Do not start the car) push the gas pedal to the floor and hold it there, then shift the trans in the following order N-R-N-D-N then release the gas pedal and start the engine. You should see the ECVT light flashing. Take note of the pulses... For example 3 long flashes followed by 5 short flashes is a code 35. Once you have retrieved all the codes shut off the engine and disconnect the "Check" connector. To clear codes.. Look for the one wire "Memory" connector (It should be real close to the "Check" connector). This one is easy to identify because it is the only other one wire connector in that area. It should be connected at all times to provide "Keep Alive Memory". Just unplug the connector and wait at least 60 seconds..Than reconnect and start the vehicle. Light should come on for bulb check and go out.....Unless you still have a problem then it will come on again and reset the code. Hope this helps I believe I sent you an e-mail today about an item you have currently for sale on Ebay. Please PM me or email me when you can so we can talk. Thanks, Jim
