Hi team - question for you. My 1991 4WD has failed its WOF (warrant of fitness) because the right hand indicator stalk doesn’t hold the neutral position. Has anyone done a quick fix on this? When dismantled the steering column casing disgorged 2 pieces of black plastic which I believe have broken off the combo switch assembly. Potentially they are the arms that ensure that the indicators/turn signals cancel off. As neither Subaru nor Googling has found what an unbroken combo switch assembly looks like, I am none the wiser. Any ideas?

Hi team I have tried to upload an image or two so that you can see what I am talking about, but unfortunately they won't upload even when reduced to only 134kb. It says there is a limit on the forum has been exceeded.
Does anyone have a replacement part for sale?
Subaru part no: 783113432
Part numbers on the actual faulty part removed from the car (these must be manufacturer’s part nos, as Subaru don’t recognise them): • 177371 • 177371 R • 177371 2
Thanks

Well just to finish the story ..... I managed to get a part made to fit. This meant that I didn't have to purchase a whole new unit. So my 1991 Justy has a 3D printer-made part and I wouldn't have thought that there were many of those around. This cost around $5 and the mechanic was gobsmacked that the part was so good - he couldn't believe it had been 3D printed. It passed numerous official roadworthy tests, so all was good in the end, but it was a drama whilst I tried to figure out the best thing to do.
