My Justy – 1991, 1200ccm EFI, 4wd, 3door, ecvt, i’ve imported it by myself from Switzerland. It is in excellent condition with 90kkm. Inside looks almost like new. The goal is to build a street funcar.
At first I deceided to convert it to RWD, wich is easy. Probably some if you will tell it will not ride long, but I made more then 10000km and it still runs excellent.

Susupension is lowered quite a lot and it is very hard. I use 15” rims with 165/50 tyres. Brakes are stock but brand new. Soon I’m going to install hydraulic handbrake.
Inside I have a sport seat and some extra gauges (EGT, vac/boost, oil temp, oil pressure) and i’m going to intsall wide band AFR gauge.
All the rear suspension bushing are custom made from polyurethane.
Engine had been rebuild including cranckshaft machining, new crank and main bearings, oil pump with brass bushing.
I added oil filter sandwich plate with thermostat to install oil radiatior, which I converted from some Hyundai automatic transsision oil radiator. I did not install it yet, but soon I will.
Now I’m converting ECVT into manual transmission. Tranny got all new sealings, cluch has custom made kevlar plate.
I’m installing turbo charger now. Engine compresion is stock, so max boost will be 0.5bar. I use K03 charger. Manifold is homemade form stinless steel. I use Ford Focus intercooler and some aftermarket BOV. I want to use DET3 to control aditional injector. There will be a boost sensor to give an information to DET3. Still i dont know if stock fuel pump will be sufficient. I have to think abouth the exhaus also. Still a lot of things has to be done. Still I have to install intake pipes, aditional injector, intercooler, all the wiring and electronics. I have to get and install oil lines for oil cooler, for feeding and drainig oil to/from charger. Also some details with manual tranny left to be done. Then hopefully only tuning at dyno. All the thing I did by myself and I’m not proffesional so my working progress goes quite slow (still a lack of time). If you have any questions about details please ask.
