So I've got a 1988 justy that I'm looking to rebuild the motor in and was hoping someone on here would have a good machine shop to use in mind. I live in Auburn, WA so preferably a shop in King County or pierce county but I'd be willing to go a little further if there's a good shop around. I also know that it's a real pain to find parts, gaskets, seals ext... So any ideas or help there would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all, Bobby

rockauto parts, amazon and the subaru dealer is where i got most of my parts, check several subaru dealers online parts catalogs, one may have the part and the other wont and some have different prices. search all the auto part places and junk yards. you may not be able to get all the parts for your cylinder head new, i had an extra one spare for parts. Pistons are getting hard to come by, i could only get one oversized piston new and had to have my old ones knurled Do some research before you pick a machine shop, check reviews/comments from other customers. An e12 engine without the head weighs over 120 pounds. (shipping all your parts to and from a machine shop out of town wont be cheap) I took me several months to find all the parts i need, if autozone doesn’t have it(They almost never do), Keep searching, someone else will.
