Hello I got a 89 justy I rebuilt distributer and it starts with gas put in the carb with a can but after it was bumped in the back it won't start so where is the fuel pump cut off swich.

There isn't one. The fuel pump is located underneath the car in front of the left rear wheel.
There is a panel you have to undo and drop down where you can access the pump and filter. Crank the engine and check it for operation.

Yea you positive case it got hit in the rear and I had to do body work and I did but after the car wild not run the fuel pump but it is also called a fuel pump cutoff switch all cars had them after 1980

They offer the part all over the place and I need the diagram got the elctronis case rear driver side was hit and it is sapped to be by the taillights

Check the STOP fuse, it may have blown when the tail lights were hit.
The fuse controls the engine management among other things.

Yea looked at it and that plate was smash to shot and fuel filter and pump done
