First, couples days ago my headlights went, now the car cranks but doesn't start. Another observation is that the no fuel seems to be coming up in the fuel filter. Someone is saying the relay is the problem. Can the main fuse prevent the car from starting? Is it the one under the dash, above the hood release or the one that is located inside the hood? Please I need your help.

There are a couple main fuses located near the battery on the left strut tower. You will see a small rectangular box with a cap you can take off and look at the fuses.
Check the battery connections, and also check the fuses under the dash. Use a test light if you have one to weed out any issues you may not be able to see with your eyes.
If you find you are missing power at any fuse, find where the power is lost. If you find everything looks OK, suspect a faulty ignition switch or other issue.
