Cant wait to hear how it drives! Have you looked into torsen diffs? Not really viable for our little justy but i have a ford focus im looking at installing one in. They seem to be simpler being just mechanical and not relying on friction material.

They are awesome little diffs, I was looking into trying to make one work with my Justy but stopped about halfway through my project because i decided i needed something with more of a locking action for my adventuring, those Torsens are great on road and snow though. The Torsen is torque biasing with no real preload so when I get into situations with my Justy where one wheel is in the air, that Torsen acts like an open diff and will just spin the wheel that is off the ground. I am currently looking into other options, but for the price and the simplicity, the sprung/clutched justy diff is a viable option for my situation as it does have a "locking" effect when power is applied. My only worry is the amount of backlash that would develop in the spider gears as that clutch material wears down and increases the clearances.
I bet you'll love that torsen in your focus, what year is it?

I got about through with making the differential carrier before I changed directions.

It already rides, but im not exceeding 3000rpms and with no pressure by now due to engine bearings changeing. Anyway the sound of turbo and bov is great. Soon i will tune it up and i'll be able to tell more
