I figured it was bad. I guess I am just going to sell it, as I just lost my job and don't have the money to put into it.

Try check fuel injectors. I has a huge gap on the middle one, I just knock it back with screwdriver and rubber hammer. It does not look like someone forgot to install it properly, but I do not know how engine can blow it out on naturally aspirated engine...

that's the rod knock of death!
rod bearings for sure.
check the rod end for out of round... if so you need to have the rod end bored back to shape otherwise it's going to quickly wear the bearings again.
check crank too ...
