I have a 90 justy, it has been sitting for some time with the window partially down under a porch. it ran when parked, needed a transmission. finally got to the transmission, and now the car wont start. fuel pump is pumping fuel to the fuel rail, but i removed the rail leaving the injectors attached and none of them are spraying when the car is cranked over. i have spark, just no power going to my injectors. would the car still fire if it was the ecu? I can get it to start for a couple of seconds by spraying some fuel in the throttle body. any information would be helpful, found several topics close, but couldnt find anything similar.

took my injectors out of my extra engine and that fixed the entire problem. strange car ran when parked, sat for a few years and all 3 injectors were failed. thought it was ecu but it wasn't

i bet it wasnt the injectors i bet it was the clips that all got dirty from sitting. Bet you taking them off and back on actually sorted out the issue.
