Hello, I have been curious as to clever ways to reduce the weight of the lowly Justy. A lot of people swap their batteries out for weaker ones for track cars.... well... the manual for my 1991 GL says that the battery needs to be 420CCA, 111 minutes, and 52AH. The monster that came in the car is a NAPA 450CCA 50 pound monster. If I went with something like this: www.amazon.com/Big-Crank-Sports-Power-ETX-30L/dp/B004XQME74Deka ETX30L, 400CCA, 26AH... and weighs 21.7 pounds, I could be dropping 25+ pounds. My concern is that it will not be enough amperage for the cold weather driving I will be doing every day. I should add that I am also powering a 400W amp (well, it's a Boss amplifier, so we all know that stat is BS. More like 100W of pure electrical hissing. Any opinions? Obviously I'd have to change the ring terminals to accomodate, but it seems too good to be true- and if so, anyone know of a very light 420CCA, 52AH battery?

I have Yuasa 24ah battery in my Justy. It wasn't very cold last winter, only -20'C, but Justy started OK.
