At the weekend it cames on for some 30 seconds, I find a bit more free play on alernator belt so I think the belt just slips a bit, so I have tensioned it and checked the voltage with engine on, everything seems good... Yesterday morning was rainy so I go to school with my Justy... After some 1 or 2km the light cames back and the wipers seems to go slower... I have new brushes in alternator now and it was propetly checek by profesionals but when I put it back to car and changed the belt the light is still on. I need to charge the battery (because she is dead now) and check the voltage and fuses again but I think there must be some broken wire... Could it be the WHITE/RED one? Does someone have same problem? (1,2 MPFI MT)

I'm not really sure about your car in particular but it sounds like you have an intermittent bad voltage regulator which is most likely in the alternator. If you can find what is called the 'feild' circuit on the alternator usually in the US its labeled as F sometimes F+ and put some battery voltage the it should start charging if not it is definitely your voltage regulator. I don't know much about Justys , just got my first one, but I do know older cars and thats what it sounds like to me. I personally have had my electronics shop declare an alternator good two times and on the third say "this thing is burnt all the way up". Hope I helped some!

Alternator was tested after brush change and I see some 12,6-12,8V as battery voltage on test monitor...

Nice job on that repair, good to hear what people do to fix issues.

Glad you found it! I wouldn't have thought that would be your problem but anything can happen. Good looking repair too, thanks for the update.
