I finaly start parting out my old Justy (I am lerning driving on her some 5 years ago) for these last 5 years she drives in forest mainly... I am hoping one day parts from this Justy will be alive, rebuilded and moded in another Justy... Last ride The last place where she is in one piece... 1 I3EA7-U -Fake numberplate (homemade) yes it means I BEAT U Then rear bumper comes of because there is not mutch space on walkway... Right rear spring is cracked maybe because sturt mount was too before lot years... Removing very bad loocking brake parts Here I have drained coolant, and dismounted wheel, brake caliper, front qaterpanel and wheel arch... There is some carbon coat in carburetor and air filter... Could it be just bad valve clerance? Front right spring is broken too Then I remove rear right sturt and mount...I do not have photos of that... That is all for now...

So I have chain to put the engine out... Now i just need to disconnect all hoses and electrical stuff, front half-axles and rear axle and all that things... Now I am a bit ill so i have started work on fuel pump and stuff around it. I have soiled naked Copper in connector to protect it by rust. It need to deal with rust on pump body... Nothing hard... I thinking about made the pump plate of aluminum to save some weight... And I now start chose between color combination of suspension, brake and engine parts... Now I prefer Black with little bit red and red calipers... I have some crazy ideas like full purple (most of hoses too) full red (no because it will look like some Honda ) and gold... Thanks for support

Good news!! This week I get offer for (I think) platinum silver body with interior and with out engine and trans. So I make this concept: What do you guys think? Also engine is now much much cleaner, here is compare photo: I see some photos wont show here... I am posting them from my facebook and most of them are in one section ( link) I do not know why it sometimes do not work...

So engine and trans are finally splitted. Clutch was really really bad: Fuel pump is getting anti-rust paint: And I have remove rear drum backing plate splash shield: I chose black and yellow color combination... And I have brought racist brake caliper paint! It was made in Czech Republic and in Czech instruction is no need to remove rust and in Slovak you need to remove it all.

Are you painting your brake calipers yellow to make them racist?

Are you painting your brake calipers yellow to make them racist? No I mean by instructions Czech people do not need to spend time and money on removing rust. So I as Slovak citizen must remove it. Hopefully brakes will work all time and not only when there was a Czech car in front

Thank you Santa for rebuild kit! Everithing looks good, so I start working on the carb. Oh and one more new thing! I have started little page about that project so no more failing photos! But it is only in Slovak language... Yume site (I know sh*ty graphic design) So there goes Instruction sheet scans: Now I am on step 20... I have find some cotter pins and other little stuf that is not drawed in instrucions! And I am surpised that these 25 year old gaskets stucks there realy hard... I was thinking they just fall off... I also gonna paint outer steel parts with some paint (I am not sure if black or yelow)... Does someone know if there is something that is good to test when it is out of carb?

New Update after long time! I have made this special tool to adjust idle adjustment screw: It is made of piece of strong wire and some glass fiber. And than I made (I use thin wire and that strong one to make the "O" section) missing cotter pins myself too: Than I started putting it all back together: And there is how I measure the 11,1mm gap on float: It is just 10mm hexagon key with 1,00mm and 0,10mm Feeler Gauges (Used to check/adjust valve clearance) and some stick tape... I have lubed all gaskets with transmission oil... Hopefully it will be good... I know there should go some silicone oil... So there is actual look of the Carb.:
