i have two twelves in the back of my justy and now my gas door rattles alot when the bass hits what the best way to get it to stop

I imagine there are two sources rattling the door itself or the locking mechanism in the door. You could use a strip of dynomat where the lock mechnism turns to lock the gas door but it would only be temporary fix as unlocking and locking would scrape it, not to mention any gas hitting it. Another option would be to coat the metal peice that swings when u unlock and lock the door with something soft to cushion the rattle. Try using electrical tape on the lock turn your bass up and see if the rattle goes away, if not it may be in the hinge or door itself. Just be careful to to put too much stress on the lock or you may lose your key trying to turn it.

thanks i found out what it is to it was the part that moves in the tube go to the gas tank i put a small peice of that foam with the tape on one side an it stop the rattles now it sounds great
