Yup, I was having this fantastic day today, new tires under full warranty, new Justy parts on the way, No more debt, and then you posted these GLORIOUS pics of your lifted Justy's, and I was blown away
All the other members asking for advice is pretty predictable, lol. I too have dreams of lifting my Rusty the proper way. From the pics it appears you are using blocks or some sort of adapters to lower the subframe and drivetrain components, correct? I have a local machine shop that has promised to make a large batch of these for the community if you would care to share specs/ideas

Yes....... Lots of pictures, NONE of under the car.....
Although from the look of whats there, the entire sub assemblies have been blocked. So all the suspension is near enough the same. You'll notice the back diff and cross-members are lower, and also the engine is way lower too. The only thing to really worry about then is the steering.
Mato393: it is small black thing on lower rear side of front doors, and it is connected to rear gate switch too

Machy_CZ: Hi, did anyone tried to cut down springs for lowering purposes ? I found here some lowered justy's, but no info huw much and where to cut the springs... Thanks
Jan 22, 2015 17:57:56 GMT -5
pinkshinyalan: I've cut springs on other cars before. You basically just need to look at how much you want to lower the car, and cut about that much off. Make sure you do the same amount on both sides. It's usually easiest to just count the number of coils.
Jan 24, 2015 5:11:03 GMT -5
pinkshinyalan: I don't know what the perches are like on the Justy, but it'll need to accept a spring that's cut. If both perches are flat, you'll need to find a way to support the cut coil spring.
