Does anybody have any pictures or 'exploded' diagrams of where the head bolts are located. After my recent blown engine I am trying to dimantle it to work out why it now sounds like there is a spanner in the sump! I think I have removed all the bolts holding the head on except one, but I can't find it. :-(

the is only 8 bolts that old the head to the block...they are all place togete side by side under the valve cover.
your problem is most likely in the block( i dont see what can go wrong in the head?) ...remooving the head wont really help to see whats wrong...unless you have a melted piston or a cylinder that worn...
you can check the rod bearing and water/oil chain by remooving the oil pan.
