Is the plastic case of the fuse melting, or is the fillament in the fuse melting? If the main power feed from the alternator gets shorted to ground this will blow the main 60A fuse. If the rectifier in the alternator goes bad this may also cause the fuse to "overheat" and melt. I need a wiring diagram for my 1994 justy, or any information about "Main Fuse 60A". Oh and by the way,
Judging by the diagram... it appears your issue may be either the ignition or alternator.
