Well i guess it is my time to start posting on my progress and what i my goal is. So my plan is to take my 1989 Just RS and set up VW CIS injection and turbo maybe with intercooler.
So far i have made tons of progress, LOL trust me im funny. I figured out the engine is seized. but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, i literally bumped into a 87' justy in pull apart so a friend and I went to town and robbed it of engine and transmission. Now comes the task of the engine swap, and the turbo fun.
Parts accumulated: KKK K03 turbos X2 (one is only good for parts) Intercooler Motor and spare Transmission Injection System (Have a few i am alota bit VW crazy) ;D
I will try to post pictures as much as i can but this will be a slow build due to the fact i am also dropping a supercharged motor into my 90' cabriolet (which is simply waiting on the justy to be drivable)
Any tips on removeing the motor without removing the tranny would be amazing.

Sound nice, we want lots of pictures Well my dad took out the engine without the tranny, and it was like nothing. It was really a nightmare to get the splines into place in the tranny again, but it worked

Well i pulled the carb manifold off my new motor and found that subaru are one of those companies that found it very important to run coolant through the manifold to help increase temprature, so now i need a EFI manifold to run my injection through, or i may be forced to create a new coolant flow system where the manifold was.
I need a justy fuel injection manifold! HELP!!!

Then i may just need the fuel injection head, the big problem is getting around those coolant ports for a custom manifold because they are so close to the intake ports.

No, a boxer will not fit in a Justy.

Wow, the KKK K03 sounds like the right choice for the turbine but why would you want to use a CIS injection instead of an EFI

I have the CIS on one of my cabriolet and have seen it put on various things (like a ford flat head) It is vary primitive, and easy to fab onto other stuff (no computers to deal with). Plus it is insanely simple to tune and trouble shoot, not to mention i have enough of the system in my garage to do it twice.
By the way I live a few cities north of seattle.
