The person who i bought my Justy from (family friend) somehow managed to destroy the cables to the cooling fan. He ran some electrical wires through it and he created a switch to manually turn the fan on and off . So now you have to monitor the heat or just leave it on until I stop. ;D

My thermostat switch is gone, so I went the same route. I installed a relay with a switch in the inside console, and connected the fan ground cable to the relay contacts. that way, I can actually run much more current without problems with the switch, and turn on the fan when I am caught in traffic on a hot day. I am looking for a replacement thermostat switch on ebay, as the local parts shop quoted $45 for that part, and I am unable to source it from the junkyard.
