i am interested to see a charade manifold now! i might try looking for one! (youve got me thinking again... i had a red 3000gt pass me yesterday, wide asses on those things! i think the general fuel economy for a justy is around 35-40mpg, if yours is lower give her a service, or a little less of the loud pedal (below 4k rpm!) Hey i have a gtti exhaust manifoild but he didnt fit with justy. The cylinders are not perfectly aligned. that why i do an adaptator with my stock justy exhaust manifoild! cya Ludo

Howdy!
You can run up to 0.3 bar boost with standard pistons and compression. The key is to never run lean. For that, You probably need a bigger carb, or change the jets in your current carb. You also need a rising rate fuel pressure regulator to allow for more fuel under boost. Mind that there are two versions, one for injected vehicles which has much higher fuel pressure than carbs. Look for one for carb'd engines. Old Lotus and Maserati engines had turbo and carbs, so finding one would be easier if you locate those engines in salvage yards.
I think the turbo you've chosen is a bit too big. You can only enjoy high end power, and response would be sluggish in the lower revs with that. If you find a smaller turbo, your mid torque would double, and that IS fun! I have a KKK K14 turbo, end even that is a bit too big for my taste. K14 is much smaller than a TD04, mind you...

Custom grind is the only solution, nobody sells custom cams for Justy.

Custom grind is the only solution, nobody sells custom cams for Justy. what do you mean a custom grind? you want a longer lobe right? just curious because i have been told my justy sounds and runs like it has a cam.
