Seriously I am getting so sick of my farcleing justy. So I did a rebuild during the summer, with success so far. Until about a month ago my hg went out. So I replaced the head gasket put everything back together and now I cant get cylinder 2 to fire. KEEP IN MIND: I have replaced about 3 head gaskets so far, taken apart about 4 different justy engines, I know this POS inside and out now. So back to my problem. What I have done so far: -Replaced injectors -Swapped Wiring harness -Swapped distributor -Checked for spark- Yes I have spark in cylinder 2 -Fuel pump is working fine. -Checked out the ECU, nothing I can tell out of the ordinary Has anyone else had this problem? I feel like the injector in the no.2 cylinder isnt pulsing. I have no idea why though, the other 2 cylinders sound fine.

Years ago I purchased a Justy that was dead on one cylinder. I discovered that the ECU wasn't firing one of the injectors. The wiring and injector checked out fine, it was a bad driver circuit in the ECU. Swapped out the ECU and it ran great!

Check for pulse at the ECU pin for #2 injector, if the ECU is not pulling the signal down then indeed you have a bad driver. You're looking to check between battery + and WHITE/GREEN on the large connector on the ECU with an LED test light and look for a blink. Terry

Try an other Fuel Injector from an other cylinder. And try the Fuel Injector from cylinder 2 in an other cylinder.
